How do I shop on hfdesign.co.za?
Select a product on the home page, and click through for more information on each product. Add to the cart and view at any time, or checkout when you are ready. Enter your details and make payment via the payment methods provided. Your order will be processed for delivery once your payment has cleared, and you will receive updated email notifications from our team along the way.
What payment options do we accept?
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, PayFast Instant EFT, mobicred and Zapper.
Not able to process your order?
If you receive a message saying that we "do not deliver to Gauteng" or similar, please check to make sure you have included your postal code in your delivery address. The courier companies we work with only quote based on postal codes, and thus orders cannot be processed on our system without your postal code. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask: 072 734 6904.
How long until delivery?
We only deliver to addresses within the borders of South Africa. Turnaround times are based on stock availability and distance from our workshop. An estimated arrival time will be made available upon checkout, but please make allowance for extra time if ordering personalised items, or if your item is currently not in stock.
Where do we deliver to?
We are able to deliver to any physical address within the borders of South Africa. Surcharges may apply for shipments made to embassies, farms, plots, shopping malls or townships. Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct, so as to prevent unnecessary delays. Delivery times are from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. If you require delivery after hours, please let our team know in the comments section provided during check-out.
Do you offer assembly?
Unfortunately we are not able to assemble your items upon delivery, as we work through delivery partners. We do, however, provide a video link on how to install your product to all customers online. Please contact our team at email@example.com for further support, if necessary.
Can I change my shipping address or time of delivery?
We make deliveries from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. You are welcome to let us know which days suit you for delivery in the comment section during checkout. Shipping addresses can only be changed prior to despatch. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, if anything is unclear.
Can I return a faulty product?
All products are guaranteed for workmanship and quality. Please report any flaws or damage within 7 days of receiving the order, so that we can recall or replace the product or missing items as soon as possible. Please refer to our refund policy for further information.
What happens if I don’t like what I ordered?
If you are not completely satisfied with your products, we will gladly exchange them, or alternatively, refund your money, provided the original receipt is supplied, and the goods purchased are not used, still in their original condition and packaging, and in a condition for re-sale. Please refer to our refund policy for further information.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
Any item that has been ordered can be cancelled within 24 hours and a full refund of the amount paid will be made within 10 days.
Do you have showrooms?
Our products are currently only available for sale online. We are hoping to set up pop-up stores in Gauteng in the near future. Please follow us on social media for more information.
How do I take care of my furniture?
Wood is sensitive to sunlight, and so we recommend you avoid leaving your furniture in full sunshine for longer periods of time. Wipe surfaces with a damp (not soaking wet) cloth, and dry thoroughly afterwards. If you spill anything, be sure to wipe away the liquid immediately, so as to avoid staining.
