We currently only deliver to physical addresses within the borders of South Africa.
Turnaround times are based on stock availability and distance from our workshop in Centurion, Gauteng. If personalised items have been ordered, please allow for an extra 7-10 day processing time, as your product will be individually made.
Delivery times are from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. If you require delivery after hours, please let our team know in the comments section provided during check-out.
Surcharges may apply for shipments to embassies, farms, plots, shopping malls or townships. Please contact our team at sales@hfdesign.co.za if anything is unclear.
Once purchase has been made, you should receive a confirmation message from our delivery partners with estimated arrival times. Please ensure that your physical address is correct and complete, so that your order is not delayed.
All furniture is delivered flatpack, so self-assembly will be required. A comprehensive installation video is available to all customers online. For those requiring additional support in assembling their product, please contact our team at support@hfdesign.co.za
