Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your products, we will gladly exchange them, or alternatively, refund your money within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
To start a return, please contact us at sales@hfdesign.co.za. If your request is accepted, we will note the piece(s) you’d like to return, and work with our delivery partners to co-ordinate a pick-up date. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges

We will gladly reimburse you the original purchase price of item being exchanged, but ask that you pick up the additional cost of return shipping fee.
All returned items should be placed in their original packaging, so as to avoid damage in transit. All returned goods should be in a condition for re-sale.

Once your exchange has been accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item online. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request for exchange.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We can also not accept returns on items that have been used, or that are not in their original condition and packaging, and in a condition for re-sale.
Stock Availability
Although every effort is made to ensure stock is available, circumstances beyond either our, or our supplier’s control may cause delays, but we will always endeavour to provide the stock within the shortest time period.
International Orders
We do not currently ship outside of South Africa.
